If you want to have an adventure that you can afford. Then go to Banaue Rice terraces. And FYI Banaue Rice terraces is considered as a national culture treasure. Because Banaue Rice terraces is built 2,000 years ago by our ancestors. And this is a perfect place for family,friends and alone bondings. Because you can do many things because Banaue is the PERFECT PLACE for sightseeing,getting closer to nature and getting to know the tribes of ifugao and you can even try or get a check up for he mumbaki (a traditional ifugao witch doctor) to make/show/perform spiritual healing rituals. And for another FYI our ancestors used stone and mud walls to create the fields for the rice terraces in the the mountain of ifugao.

What you can do in the tourist spots:

Chapah Waterfalls -you can reach this spot less than an hour trek from banaue poblacion that is located at baranggay bocos. Everyone who visits this place can have the chance to view,(paranomic) view of the whole town area.

Guihob Natural Pool -you can reach this destination in a 4 kilo drive/walk from the town center. As what it is called it is a pool/spring (obviously) coming from a little/small waterfall.And this spot can be okay for picnics and for some REFRESHING SWIMMING

Ducligan Hot Spring -you can reach this in an hour and half drive for 20 mins walk from banaue’s poblacion .d this hot spring is not only for cold days but it’s for all seasons because it’s a relaxation spot for us. And it has swimming pool,tubs and others too.

Tam-an Village-this is the village of weavers that produce traditional clothing.And they sell weaved products and carved woods.That you can buy and have it as SOUVENIR

Banaue Ethnic Village and Pine trees-this place is good for camping,picnics and group getaways. And this place is good locally known as (Apor Ngah-oh). And that’s why this place is good for camping because the pine trees makes/adds a cool feeling /aura to the nature

Bangaan Village & rice terraces -you can reach this for 14 kilo trek from the Banaue proper. And you can see it at the side of the road if can’t do 2hr trek to Botod.

Banaue Museum -this place the cultured photos,articrafts book and sculptures that represents ifugao religion. And you can reach this for a short walk/trycicle ride starting from banaue town proper.

Museum of Cordillera Sculpture -this museum displays articrafts (collection), antiques from the different places of North. And they displays an important historical traces like sculptures potteries and woodcrafts. And they only displays historical traces rarely. I don’t know but my opinion is that they only found that or they display the otther for the safetiness of the things.

Batad Village and Rice terraces -16 kilo from the town proper. 14 kilo rough road driving & trek the 2 kilo before you can get o your destination.It may be tiring & difficult BUT IT’S WORTH IT. Because of the beautiful,stunning view & anything.

Tappiyah Waterfalls -it’s just not a waterfall but a swimming pool because of it’s wide is the same wideness of a swimming pool. And it has 70 meter tallness. A nd is located for 30 mins from batad village.

Matangalag Bronze Smith & Nuntamangan village -this is a souvenir shop. But not any other original souvenir shops. This shop sells native jewelries and for  good luck they have good luck charms I mean emblems. And produced only by means of basic tools and a crude.
